Fr Joseph Anthony Rowland Salema was a native of Verna, Goa. He was the Chaplain of the Candelaria Chapel and the Episcopal Vicar of the North. He worked in the Siridao Church and later the Episcopal Vicar of the Central Zone. He was relieved as the Episcopal Vicar and transferred as the Director of the Pastoral Institute of St Pius X Old Goa.

Fr. Cipriano Assuncão Ema Maria da Silva appointed Spiritual Director of the Curia of Legion of Mary of Calangute, Goa in 2017.

He was the Parochial Administrator of Macasana, Followed by Parish Priest at Cortalim. He was the Episcopal Vicar for the South Zone.
