Fr Custodio de Sousa was a Diocesan Priest who worked as the Vicar in the Church of Sao Pedro, Panelim, Goa. The St Peter’s Church in Goa was built in 1542. He was a native of Reis Magos, Goa. He was also Vicar of Oxel. He died in Reis Magos, Goa on 14 May 1822 and was buried in the transept of the church.
