Fr Matias Marcos Napoleao Lulu da Silveira was a native of Sao Matias, Goa. He was the Parish Priest of Corlim, Bambolim and Ribandar and the Parochial administrator of Veroda Church. He passed away on 31 July 2004 at Divar, Goa.
