Fr Domingos Lourenço Rodrigues was the Cura de Se in 1804 till 1813. He worked in the Se Cathedral at Old Goa. He was a native of Mormugao, Goa. He passed away in 1813. He was from the Village of Baina and was the son of Maria Deodata Saldanha from Sao Tome and Sebastiao Rodrigues from Mormugao. He was ordained by the Archbishop Santa Catarina on 18 September 1790. He was Oeconomus beneficiary of the Collegiate of Our Lady of the Rosary. He was one of the signatories of the petition to the Archbishop of Goa requesting for a public chapel in Baina.
