Fr Arlino De Mello is a native of Moira, Goa. He was the Escrivao / Economo of Rachol Seminary. He was the Parish Priest of Our Lady of Bethlehem Church, Bambolim, Goa. He was then transferred as the Financial Administrator of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman.
