Fr Agostinho Francisco de Assunção of Sernabatim, Colva, was Vicar of Ankola and later Vicar of Our Lady of Health Church, Sancoale and St Thomas Church, Cansaulim. Fr Agostinho Francisco de Assunção passed away while in Service on 11 September 1896.
