Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa has completed 40 years in the field of imparting education at the higher Secondary Level in Sanvordem. Founded in 1975, Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa was started by Late Fr Gervasio Pinto.
Fr. Gervasio Pinto was the first Principal of Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa. The School has since grown tremendously and has become a popular educational institute in Goa. Rev Fr. Marsal Soares was the principal of the school from 1976 to 1990 and Fr. Agnel Noronha from 1990 to 1993. Fr Frank Mendes from may 2010 to April 2015. The Current manager of the School is Fr Walter Miranda SFX and the Current Principal is Fr. Frank Mendes SFX.

The Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa has won the State Award for Best Principal to Fr Frank Mendes in 2013-14 a trend which was first started by Fr Gervasio Pinto way back when the school was started.
A Coaching centre Fr Bento Martins Coaching – a study centre opened in kalay for the needy children to help them in studies was started through the initiatives of Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa.
