Fr Lucas de Lima was a Diocesan Priest who worked as the Vicar in the Church of Sao Bartolomew, ( St. Bartolomeu), Chorao, Goa. The St Bartolomeu Church on the Island of Chorao in Goa was built in 1569. He was a native of Sao Bartolomeu, Chorao, Goa. He served as the Vicar of Sao Bartolomeu twice. He also was the Vicar in the Church of Sao Pedro, Panelim, Goa. The St Peter’s Church in Goa was built in 1542.He passed away on 7 July 1717 at Sao Bartolomeu, Chorao, Goa.
