Fr João Antonio Sebastiao Lelis da Vitorio e Sousa was a native of Pilerne, Goa. He worked in the Church of Curca in Goa, Sao Bartolomew at Chorao, St Michael at Taleigao and Quepem in Goa. He was also the Dean at Quepem in Goa. He also worked in the Rachol Seminary as Professor incharge of the Gregorian Chants and Polyphonic activity.
