Fr Graciano Monteiro was a Diocesan Priest who worked as the Vicar in the Church of Sao Pedro, Panelim, Goa. The St Peter’s Church in Goa was built in 1542. He was a native of Sao Estevao, Goa. He was the Curate at Candolim, Goa. He died on 23 October 1984 at the Clergy Home, Porvorim, Goa and was buried at Santo Estevao, Goa.
