Fr Francisco Xavier da Costa was a Diocesan Priest who worked as the Vicar in the Church of Sao Pedro, Panelim, Goa. The St Peter’s Church in Goa was built in 1542. He was a native of Curtorim, Goa. He was previously the Chaplain of the Choir of Se Primacial. He died at his house in Curtorim at 10 pm on 04 April 1822.
