Fr Cosme Damiao de Noronha was transferred from the Convent of St Cajetan to the Parish of Sao Pedro, Bainguinim in 1863. In 1868, Fr Cosme Damiao de Noronha was relived from the position of Vicar of the Parish of Sao Pedro, Bainguinim and was nominated as the Administrator of the convent of St Cajetan. He was a native of Panjim, Goa.
