Fr Constantino Venceslau do Rosario e Silva was a Diocesan Priest in the Archdiocese of Goa. He was the Vicar at Cortalim and later at Assonora, Goa. He died and was buried in Moira, Goa. During his impediment he was assisted by Fr Francisco Pinto from Socorro.
