Fr Anacleto Carmo Andre da Silva was a Diocesan Priest who worked as the Vicar in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Panjim, Goa. The Immaculate Conception Church at Panjim, Goa was built in 1600. He was the Rector of the Rachol Seminary and later Dean of Panjim. He was relieved from his post of Dean of Panjim on 19/2/1993. He passed away on 07 April 2006 at Cansaulim, Goa.
