The Betul church was originally founded as a Chapel in 1843 and is situated at the ‘Fort of Betul’. The Betul Chapel was built in 1847. The frontispiece of the Betul Chapel was rebuilt in 1950. The Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church, Betul depended on the Church of Cabo de Rama and was the Official Chaplaincy for the military force stationed in the fort.
